WikiMap is an API mashup using the Google Maps API and the MediaWiki API. WikiMap shows wikipedia articles nearby in the sidebar. Note that the distance listed under each article title is based off the coordinates of the article and the coordinates of your current location. This means that the distance does not take into account roads and routes and therefore is not a representation of the distance you will travel to get there.

If you choose not to share your location you will not be able to see articles near you. However you can still use the randomize button to find articles nearby random coordinates. Happy Browsing!
